If you place an order on our website, you will be redirected to a third-party website (PayPal) during the payment process. Shipping
Orders placed on our website are processed Monday through Friday during our normal business hours. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, regardless of the shipping method you selected. For example, if you place an order on Friday, your order may not be processed until Monday. Therefore, if you specified next-day air as the shipping method, it may not be delivered until Tuesday. Holidays may also affect delivery times. If any additional delays are caused by a third-party delivery service (UPS for example), liability for any such delay is the sole responsibility of the said third party, and you agree that you will not hold DSI liable or seek compensation from DSI for any loss or damage resulting from said delay in receiving your order.
In addition, product availability is limited to the number of parts we have in stock. Therefore, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Shipping delays are possible regardless of the shipping method you selected. Lead times may vary depending on the size of the order and current inventory. All personal information you enter when placing an order on our website is encrypted to ensure that your information remains private. Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You must contact us before returning anything. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer must pay the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be undamaged and in a resalable condition.
Changes
DSI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of the change is posted by displaying a revision date at the top of this agreement.
